These terms govern the use of this website.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This website, owned by CELA S.r.l., presents the company and its aerial platforms for industry, firefighting and airports to professional operators. Nothing is sold here: the website takes no orders and handles no payments. The pages, the configurations described and any figure shown are not an offer to the public within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, but an invitation to ask for a quotation, which is then negotiated and confirmed in writing; purchases are governed by the General terms and conditions of purchase. By browsing the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using it.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The CELA name and trade mark, the logos, the photographs, the videos, the diagrams, the data sheets and the texts published here belong to CELA S.r.l. or to their respective owners. Nothing published on this website transfers any right over them.

3. TECHNICAL DATA AND LIABILITY

The figures published here are taken from the manufacturer’s documentation and are indicative: performance may vary depending on configuration and operating conditions, and specifications, standard equipment and available chassis can change without notice.

The only binding technical sources are the official documentation, the operating manual and the EC declaration of conformity of each individual machine, which are supplied with it and prevail over anything published here. This is stated expressly, also in view of Directive (EU) 2024/2853 on liability for defective products. No liability is accepted for decisions on purchase, configuration or use taken on the basis of this website alone.

4. PERMITTED USE

You may consult these pages and print them for internal use. Reproduction, systematic extraction of the content (scraping), republication on other websites or other media, and any use of the CELA trade mark or logo are not permitted without prior written authorisation. The same applies to automated access that interferes with the ordinary working of the website.

5. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

This website links to external websites and services, such as the CELA Essential website, WhatsApp and social networks. Those websites are beyond CELA’s control, and CELA takes no responsibility for their content, their availability or the way they handle personal data.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Italian law applies to these terms and to the use of the website. The courts of Turin have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law mandatorily provides for a different court. Where the user is a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence remain unaffected.
